Through a series of permitted development and planning extensions, the original bungalow underwent extensive alterations, resulting in a remarkable volume uplift. These changes paved the way for a reimagining of the property, enhancing not only its size but also its aesthetic appeal. Following the successful applications to extend and enlarge the existing dwelling, permission was gained to replace the existing dwelling with a carefully designed house that takes full advantage of the breathtaking views that surround it. Situated on a prominent location, the house offers sweeping vistas of the landscape from both its front and rear, inviting nature indoors and creating a sense of tranquility.
